We attach great importance to quality. This is one of the most important values for all the companies belonging to the Het Veer group. Continuous investment in modernizing our machinery is therefore of great importance. We recently purchased three new machines: a new Mazak laser cutting machine, a bending bench and printer of the latest generation. The bending bench Trubend 7050, has just been delivered and plenty of installation. It is a more compact and high-tech version of the Trubend 5230, which we already had in our fleet of machines. This purchase will allow us to deliver quality work even more efficiently and faster.

The Mazak laser cutting machine (Optiplex Nexus 3015 Fiber) is also a technological marvel. It combines advanced laser technology and economical adjustability. The machine is equipped with sensors that control the piercing and cutting of metal sheets to improve throughput and part quality. If a deviation is detected, the operation is adjusted or paused to achieve quasi-automatic effective cutting conditions.

Surface treatment

Finally, we would like to introduce our newest printing machine. We offer printing as a “one-stop shop” additionally. Thanks to personalization capabilities, we can deliver the metal parts fully finished, e.g. with logo or product name, to our customers. This new printer has a larger printable area of 2.5 m x 1.3 m.
